WHAT DO PRODUCERS DO ?

Basically, producers are a sort of organization wizard and are this multi-tasking people that can manage calls, meetings, emails at the same time. 

 My role is about knowing the creatives ask of a project, making through the deliverables in time, finding the right crew, building timelines, schedules, managing the budget or finding the financial resources, permitting, licensing, renting camera and lightning gear when needed, and of course, performing any other related duties. My real work is to make sure that all parties involved have everything they need to do their magic and respect the creative ask.  

My job is very different from a project to another, but essentially, producers are the glue that sticks everybody together and I love it. I've followed my passion for sports and the outdoors over the years and I've been lucky enough to be part of incredible projects.
